| Shift Reconciliation Policy The following is our Company's policy
regarding cash shortages and shift reconciliation.
Cash Shortages:
Our acceptable tolerance level
for all employees is not more than $2.00 over and not more than $2.00 short during any
shift period.
Shift Reconciliation's:
Three (3) shift reconciliation's
ranging between $2.00 and $10.00 over and /or $2.00 and $10.00 short in a 90 day period of
time could result in one weeks suspension without pay.
Any shift reconciliation that is
$10.00 or more over and /or $10.00 or more short could result in a one week suspension
with out pay.
Four (3) or more violations of
the above stated policies could result in termination without notice.

to the above stated policies. A copy has been provided me for my personal records.
