C-Store Manager Job Description

  •  To help hire, train, supervise, and direct all mart department employees.

  •  To instruct mart employees in proper work procedures.

  •  To enforce all company policies and procedures, note violations in writing for placement in the employee’s personnel file.

  •  To maintain and enforce proper security measures for protection of company assets.

  • To assign clean up duties to each mart department employee and follow up on these duties.

  •  To analyze the overall operation of the food mart, making every effort to be certain that this department is run efficiently and professionally.

  •  To keep customer satisfaction and company profit at the top of your priority list.

  •  To be certain that all company procedures are followed.

  • To see that cashiers quickly & courteously handle all transactions.

  •  To see that all cashiers handle cash and credit card transactions properly.
